Yes. Your travel benefits apply when you pay for your trip, transport or rental with your ZEN Card. The conditions for each benefit are in the plan terms.
Open the benefit in the ZEN.COM app. It shows you where and how to make your claim. If your airline or travel agency goes out of business, ZEN.COM handles the claim for you. Flight Claim Assistant handles EU flight compensation claims, and your free Lounge Pass arrives by email automatically.
