ZEN.COM expands one of Europe’s largest cashback ecosystems

ZEN.COM Cashback Expansion

ZEN.COM is consistently developing its instant cashback offering, building one of the largest shopping and payments ecosystems in Europe. The platform’s partner network already includes nearly 800 merchants across 33 markets, including over 400 in Poland – one of the key countries for the development of this offering.

In recent months, the number of cashback transactions on ZEN.COM has increased by more than 300% year-on-year, confirming the growing role of this mechanism as a real tool for reducing shopping costs.

Since the beginning of the year, ZEN.COM users have already received over PLN 2.2 million in instant cashback refunds, which are credited to their accounts immediately after each transaction.

Shopping is no longer impulsive – it becomes a financial decision

The way consumers make purchasing decisions is changing. They are less impulsive and increasingly based on calculation, comparison of offers, and conscious selection of tools that directly impact the final price. In this context, cashback is no longer just a marketing add-on but is becoming one of the simplest ways to optimize spending. The key shift is its immediacy – users now expect value “here and now,” rather than delayed benefits.

“We are developing an instant cashback model, where the refund is credited directly after the transaction and can be used immediately, without additional steps or waiting periods. We are seeing very dynamic growth in cashback usage – the number of transactions in this area has tripled year-on-year. For users, it is now a real tool for managing expenses, and for e-commerce partners, an effective way to increase conversion and build customer loyalty,” says Łukasz Neska, Chief Growth Officer at ZEN.COM.

Expanding partner network across key markets

Poland remains one of the most important markets for the development of ZEN.COM’s cashback offering. It features one of the broadest selections, covering hundreds of brands across key shopping categories. These include leading e-commerce platforms and well-known retail brands – from Allegro, Amazon and AliExpress, through Empik, Decathlon and MediaMarkt, to Adidas, Nike, Douglas and Sephora – as well as fast-growing shopping platforms and service providers such as Zalando Lounge, Temu, eBilet and Pyszne.pl. Recently, Wittchen and Sportofino joined the partner network in Poland, strengthening the premium fashion segment.

At the same time, ZEN.COM is expanding across European markets, with the largest portfolios outside Poland currently in Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain and Italy. In recent weeks, new international partners have included House, Ochnik, Asus and FlixBus. The development model is based on combining global brands with local partners, enabling a better response to the specific nature of each market and the real needs of users.

Instant cashback as a real driver of e-commerce sales

The growing popularity of cashback directly translates into results for e-commerce partners. Transactions made with cashback show higher conversion rates, stronger customer loyalty, and higher average basket value. Cashback is no longer just a user benefit – it is increasingly becoming an effective sales distribution channel, allowing brands to reach customers at the moment of purchase decision.

Further development and scaling of the offer

ZEN.COM plans to further expand its cashback offering in the coming months – both in Poland and internationally. The priority remains building partnerships with new merchants and scaling the offer in categories with the highest purchase frequency.

As consumer awareness grows and expectations evolve, solutions such as instant cashback are becoming a natural part of online shopping – combining payments, savings, and the shopping experience into one seamless process.
