It depends on your plan. On weekdays, you can exchange up to €1,000 a month with no fee on the Good plan and up to €3,000 on the Better plan. On the Best and ZEN plans, weekday exchange has no fee and no limit. On Saturdays and Sundays, an extra 0.40% fee applies on every plan except the ZEN plan.
Yes, on the Better, Best and ZEN plans. You can take out up to €200 a month with no fee on the Better plan, €400 on the Best plan and €800 on the ZEN plan. Above your allowance, and on the Good plan, a 1.75% fee applies per withdrawal.
