ZEN.COM, European fintech offering innovative financial services, has introduced ZEN Buddies, a new feature that allows instant internal transfers between app users using only their phone numbers.
With ZEN Buddies, customers can send money without needing to provide a bank account number. The transfer is completely free and carries no hidden fees. All that is required is the ZEN.COM mobile app, available in the Google Play Store, App Store, and since early April, in the Huawei AppGallery.
If the recipient does not yet have the ZEN.COM app, receiving the transfer is simple. They will get an SMS notification with a link to download the app and register. Once registration is complete, the transferred funds will be immediately available in their ZEN account. All transactions are securely protected — if the recipient does not register, the funds are automatically returned to the sender.
This new feature is part of ZEN.COM’s mission to make payments simpler, faster, and more accessible for everyone.
