    ZEN Care applies to eligible goods and services paid directly with your ZEN Card – including online purchases.
  • How long do I have to file a claim?

    Time limits depend on the situation:
    • For unauthorized card payments, you have 13 months to report the issue.
    • For all other cases, report it within 120 days from the payment date.
    The sooner you contact us, the faster we can review your case.
  • How can I submit a Purchase Protection claim?

    Submitting a claim is simple:
    1. Try to resolve the issue with the seller. If the seller doesn’t respond or is unwilling to process your claim, move on to Step 2.
    2. Open the ZEN app.
    3. Select the transaction and choose ZEN Care.
