Three ideas stand behind every ZEN card payment: Pay Better, Get More and Worry Less. Each one comes with specific benefits, which we describe below and in separate articles. Pay Better means paying easily with one card in 35 currencies, every day and when travelling: exchange at the best rates, domestic and international transfers, ATM withdrawals, fees stated upfront and a live view of your spending. Get More is simple: shop like always, but with rewards like never before. Part of your spending comes back to you as cashback on online purchases covered by the offer, a refund of the difference with Best Price Cover (when the same product turns out to be cheaper later in another physical store) and rewards from the Reward Zone that you can exchange for cash. Worry Less means shopping and travelling with peace of mind. Travel far, shop safe: after you pay, we’ve got your back when something goes wrong. Shopping Protection helps with problems with your order, and Extended Warranty protects your equipment for longer than the manufacturer’s warranty. The Best and ZEN plans add a full travel protection package.

The Good plan: 0 EUR/month. A free account that still rewards you.
The Good plan costs nothing, and the basics are included: one card for 35 currencies, the fees and plan limits you already know, cashback at the basic rate and instant notifications about your payments.
The Better plan: 2.99 EUR/month. Everyday shopping that pays you back: cashback at 1,000+ partner stores and Best Price Cover. Cashback goes to your ZEN account, so you can spend it or put it aside.
You get everything from the Good plan, plus twice the cashback on your everyday shopping. Best Price Cover refunds the difference when a product bought in a physical store turns out to be cheaper later in another one. Unlimited Shopping Protection works when an order doesn’t arrive or turns out to be faulty, and Extended Warranty gives you a longer warranty on electronics and household appliances. If a flight is delayed or cancelled, Flight Claim Assistant helps you claim compensation.

The Best plan: 6.99 EUR/month. Travel protected from booking to landing: cover before you leave, during the trip and after you return. You also get one card for 35 currencies at good rates and safe ATM withdrawals within the plan limit.
The Best plan includes everything from the Better plan, plus travel protection that works from the moment you book. Together with the Flight Claim Assistant, which you already have on the Better plan, the Best plan gives you six travel protections. A cancelled flight, a missed connection or lost luggage don’t have to mean extra costs if they’re covered. We are rolling them out in stages, and the app shows you what’s already available in your country.

The ZEN plan: 16.99 EUR/month. The complete premium experience: everything from the other plans, with the highest limits.
The ZEN plan includes everything from the Best plan, plus premium 24/7 support (for when you need to reach a real person quickly) and the highest protection limits. It’s also the only plan where you can order a metal card*, for an extra fee. On trips you also get Rental Car Excess Cover (it covers the excess, the amount you’d have to pay the rental company after an accident), live flight tracking from 48 hours before departure and an automatic lounge pass when your flight is delayed by more than 3 hours.
