Pay with your ZEN Card
With one ZEN Card you pay in 35 currencies at competitive exchange rates, at home and abroad. You get instant notifications and a clear history of every payment. In the ZEN.COM app you can also see spending categories and monthly trends, which make it easier to manage your finances.
Save: cashback and Best Price Cover
In over 1,000 partner stores, part of what you spend comes back to you as cashback. You’ll find stores in all kinds of categories, from electronics and fashion to gaming, sport and travel.
You don’t need a separate loyalty app or a discount code. Just tap the partner’s offer link in the ZEN.COM app, shop and pay with your ZEN Card as usual. Cashback goes to your ZEN account straight away.
You pay with your ZEN Card in-store, then see the same product for less in another physical store? With Best Price Cover you can claim back the difference, up to the applicable limit. Keep proof of the lower price, start your claim online and get your money back.
When things go wrong: Shopping Protection and Extended Warranty
Shoes you ordered online never arrived, your TV came damaged or your laptop isn’t as described? Pay with your ZEN Card and Shopping Protection (ZEN Care) steps in to help you get your money back.
Extended Warranty kicks in later. Pay for a TV, laptop or washing machine with your ZEN Card, then register it in the app. Select it in your Transaction history and submit a request. Once you register it, your purchase is covered by Extended Warranty. When the manufacturer’s warranty ends, we add another 12 months, so a breakdown doesn’t have to be your problem.
Collect rewards: Reward Zone
The Reward Zone is available from the Better plan. Every payment with a ZEN Card that includes the Reward Zone earns rewards in the ZEN.COM app, which you exchange for cash. The cash goes to your ZEN account. You choose a card with the Reward Zone when you order your ZEN Card. The more often you pay, the more rewards you collect.
What you get on your plan
Cashback and Shopping Protection are on every plan. Cashback is limited on the Good plan (50% of the cashback rate on each purchase covered by the offer) and unlimited from the Better plan (100%). You can earn up to 250 EUR of cashback a day on every plan. Shopping Protection includes one free claim a year on the Good plan. From the Better plan, the number of claims is unlimited.
Best Price Cover, Extended Warranty and the Reward Zone start with the Better plan, and the higher the plan, the higher the limits. Best Price Cover pays up to 100 EUR on the Better plan, 250 EUR on the Best plan and 500 EUR on the ZEN plan. Extended Warranty covers up to 1,500 EUR on the Better plan and up to 5,000 EUR on the Best and ZEN plans.
