ZEN.COM expands cash top-ups across Europe, adding euro cash deposits in Poland

Through its partnership with Ria Money Transfer, users can now top up their accounts at thousands of locations across Europe, send cash to other ZEN users, and – in Poland – make cash deposits in both EUR and PLN.

ZEN.COM is expanding access to cash top-ups across Europe through its partnership with Ria Money Transfer (Ria), a global leader in the cross-border money transfer industry and business segment of Euronet Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: EEFT). The new service enables users to top up their ZEN.COM accounts with cash at 22 000 of physical locations across Europe – quickly, conveniently and without relying on traditional banking. In Poland, the rollout also introduces euro cash deposits alongside the existing Polish złoty top-ups.

“The real value of cash today is not just having it but being able to use it anywhere. With ZEN.COM, users can easily turn cash into digital money, shop online, pay worldwide and access all the benefits of the ZEN ecosystem. They can also instantly top up another ZEN user’s account, giving friends and family immediate access to funds whenever they need it,” says Łukasz Neska, Chief Growth Officer at ZEN.COM.

More locations, more convenience

Until now, cash top-ups at ZEN.COM were primarily local in nature. Through its partnership with Ria, ZEN.COM now provides access to a broad international network of partner locations across multiple countries and territories, including well-known retail and postal outlets.

For users in Poland, this means not only access to many new cash deposit locations, but also the ability to top up ZEN.COM accounts with cash in euros, alongside the existing Polish złoty deposits.

In addition, users gain access to Ria’s extensive mobile wallet network, reaching 3.6 billion users worldwide, further expanding the ways they can move and manage their money.

ZEN.COM is initially focusing on markets with the highest density of partner locations, including Poland, Italy, Spain, France and Germany, where the service has the greatest adoption potential.

Our collaboration with ZEN.COM highlights how global cash infrastructure can enable the next generation of financial services. Through Ria’s extensive network, users gain the ability to move their money in an omnichannel manner, benefiting from our extensive physical locations and vast digital network presence. We also see strong potential to expand this partnership further, both geographically and by introducing new use cases that enhance everyday financial accessibility – says Alla Shelest, Regional Director Business Development EE at Ria Money Transfer.

From cash to digital in minutes

The new service transforms cash into instantly usable digital money. Funds are typically credited to a ZEN.COM account within 15 minutes, after which they can be used for online and in-store purchases, international transfers, currency exchange and every other service available within the ZEN ecosystem.

Users can top up both their own account and another ZEN.COM user’s account, making it simple to send money to family and friends without the need for a traditional bank transfer.

Expanding access to financial services

The rollout is part of ZEN.COM’s broader strategy to build a universal financial ecosystem that combines payments, e-commerce and money management across digital and physical channels.

For the company, expanding cash top-ups is about more than adding another payment method. It opens ZEN.COM to new customer segments, particularly in markets where cash continues to play an important role in everyday financial life, while making digital financial services more accessible to everyone.

This launch marks another step in ZEN.COM’s strategy to bridge the gap between cash and digital finance, giving users more freedom in how they pay, transfer and manage their money.
