Yes, you get 50% of the Instant Cashback on eligible purchases. On the Better, Best or ZEN plan, you get twice as much. Either way, it lands on your ZEN account quickly.
No. Every eligible purchase with your ZEN Card earns Instant Cashback automatically. There’s no code to scan and no box to tick at checkout.
ZEN Care Shopping Protection helps when an order is faulty, wrong or never arrives. Extended Warranty covers electronics and home appliances for 12 more months once the manufacturer’s warranty ends.
On the Good plan, you can make 1 claim a year. On the Better, Best and ZEN plans, there’s no limit on eligible claims.
If you buy an item at full price in a shop and find it cheaper, you get the difference back: up to €100 on the Better plan, €250 on the Best plan and €500 on the ZEN plan. Online purchases, sale items and phones aren’t covered.
Reward Zone turns eligible payments into cash rewards. Add it to a virtual or physical ZEN Card on the Better, Best or ZEN plan, and every eligible payment earns Shards. When you have enough, they unlock Stones, which you can turn into cash. If you don’t add Reward Zone when you order your card, you’ll need a new card to use it later.
