Andrzej Bassara and Łukasz Neska bring global experience to support ZEN.COM’s operational scale, market expansion, and product growth
ZEN.COM, a European fintech offering a unified ecosystem of mobile payments, multi-currency accounts, and the ZEN Card, has announced two new additions to its executive leadership team. Andrzej Bassara joins as Chief Operating Officer, while Łukasz Neska takes on the role of Chief Growth Officer.
These strategic appointments come at a pivotal time as the Poland-founded fintech enters a new phase of international growth. Following its expansion into Southeast Asia and increasing traction across Europe, ZEN.COM is now focused on delivering at scale, strengthening its infrastructure, and accelerating product development. The company operates under licenses in Lithuania, the United Kingdom, and Singapore, and is preparing for its next stage of growth.
“ZEN.COM is entering a new chapter and strengthening our leadership team is essential to delivering on our goals,” said Dawid Rożek, Founder and CEO of ZEN.COM. “Andrzej and Łukasz bring expertise that directly supports our plans for expansion across Europe, Asia, and new markets.”
Proven leadership at the right time
Andrzej Bassara, previously Chief Operating Officer at PayU, brings extensive experience in leading operational transformations across more than 20 markets in EMEA and LATAM. At ZEN.COM, he will focus on building a secure and scalable operational foundation that supports compliance and rising transaction volumes.
“Operations should be invisible to the user but fundamental to the business. We are building infrastructure that is scalable, secure, and ready for global deployment,” said Andrzej Bassara, COO of ZEN.COM.
Łukasz Neska steps into the role of Chief Growth Officer following senior positions at eSky Group and Thomas Cook. At eSky, he helped grow the business from a Polish platform into a global travel company active in more than 50 markets. His background includes product development, brand and performance marketing, margin management, and AI-driven personalization. At ZEN.COM, he will drive both consumer and business growth, focusing on expanding the ZEN Card user base, growing the ZEN Deals platform, and enhancing the loyalty program.
“My goal is to grow ZEN.COM in a sustainable and customer-first way. This means not only stable growth but also improving the user experience across every touchpoint,” said Łukasz Neska, CGO of ZEN.COM.
Looking ahead: Expansion, innovation, and infrastructure
After launching in Singapore earlier this year, ZEN.COM continues to grow in Southeast Asia and enhance its offering in payments, cashback, digital assets, and embedded finance. These leadership changes are designed to support this strategy and ensure stable operations across all supported markets.
In Poland, users can expect new mobile app features and additional retail partnerships that will make it easier to save and pay with the ZEN Card in everyday purchases.
