Regulatory update on the supervisory review of UAB ZEN.COM

ZEN.COM logotype

The Bank of Lithuania has completed its planned supervisory review of UAB ZEN.COM, covering the period from 1 October 2022 to 15 February 2024. All observations from that historical period have been fully remediated and independently verified. Our current compliance, operational, and safeguarding frameworks are strong, stable, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

All services continue to operate normally, with full safeguarding of client funds.

Supervisory reviews of this kind are a standard element of financial oversight. Over recent years, we have significantly strengthened our systems, controls, and governance, and these enhancements have been independently confirmed. ZEN.COM is well positioned to continue supporting customers and partners with secure, reliable, and compliant services.

We appreciate the regulator’s work throughout this process. As part of the review, we agreed an action plan with the Bank of Lithuania, which has been fully implemented and independently validated.

At the same time, we do not fully agree with certain aspects of the final decision and are seeking clarification through the legal procedures provided by the administrative framework. This is a standard and responsible step within supervisory systems and does not affect our commitment to cooperation or to maintaining the highest regulatory standards.
