Which ZEN card should you use to withdraw cash?

If you're using a physical ZEN PRO card, insert the card into the ATM instead of using the contactless option.

How to avoid additional ATM fees?

Some ATMs may charge additional fees, such as: - ATM operator fees (surcharge), - Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC). If the ATM asks whether to charge you in your card’s currency, always decline the conversion and choose the local currency instead. For example, select GBP in the UK or EUR in Germany. This way, you can avoid unfavorable exchange rates
